Parent Volunteer Responsibilities - 

Dear parents

Thanks for signing up for volunteering in your kid's class 1C. Parent volunteers are an important part of Gurukul.

The volunteer schedule has been uploaded on our class's webpage. 
Here are some of parent volunteer's responsibilities:

Arrive early
-please arrive early enough so you are prepared.
-Make sure students who are punctual (those who arrive before prayer begins) go to the attendance chart to put a check mark 
across their names with black marker. After 11:00 pm keep the red marker near the chart and remove the black marker . 
If students arrives late , ask them to mark with the red marker.

Check homework - 
- Collect the binders and spoken Hindi homework sheet from students after prayer.
- Check homework 
- Record percentage completed in homework log sheet
- Give a list of students who do not finish their homework to the teacher.
- Make sure that the parent has initialed previous week's log entry

Help with class work
- Help students with exercises and craft activity. as needed

Help during Snack break
- Take students to the bathroom
- Make sure that the students do not make mess and dispose the trash, snack wrappers etc in the proper bin.

Make sure the classroom is in order at the end of the class
- Desks, chairs, litter, etc.

Thanks for your help in the class and helping the teachers give more time for teaching.
